How Do I Create My SelfKey ID?

Your SelfKey ID is information about your identity stored locally on your machine. You can find it in the following folders on Windows and MacOS listed below. Only your first name, last name, and email are required to create a SelfKey ID. If you wish to use the SelfKey Marketplace, each listing will specify what additional information is required.

• SelfKey ID Nickname: This is used as a nickname for this account, as you will be able to switch between Ethereum addresses.
• First Name: Your given name (example: John)
• Last Name: your family name (example: Smith)
• Email: Your email address. Only used for communications with service providers in the SelfKey Marketplace, if you choose to unlock and use it.
